Under Admissions > Pipeline Settings, define your application stages — e.g., Applied, Document Verification, Fee Deposit, Provisional Seat, Enrolled.

Automated Document OCR Extract

When candidates upload marksheets, certificates, or identity cards via the application portal, Shippra’s OCR engine extracts candidate names, birthdates, and previous marks automatically for staff verification.

Seat Matrix & Roll Number Assignment

Upon fee payment confirmation, click "Approve Enrollment". The system assigns a unique campus roll number based on your institution’s numbering pattern (e.g., `2026-CSE-042`).
