Knowledge Base —Guides for campus administrators.
Plain guides for the people who keep campus records — from the circulation desk to the examination room. The technical detail is here too, filed where your IT team can find it.
The
shelf
Everything neededto run Shippra on campus
Set-up guides, desk manuals and integration notes — written plainly, kept current with the software, and free to read without an account.
Numbered, start to finish
Every guide is a sequence of steps that names the screen you should be looking at, so a new member of staff can follow it without being shown first.
The catch, called out in place
Where a step has a trap in it, the guide says so at that step — rather than leaving you to find it on the morning it matters.
Standards, not bespoke bridges
LTI 1.3 Advantage launches, roster sync over NRPS, gradebook passback over AGS and signed webhooks for your SIS — written for the person who has to wire it up.
Your records, on your way out
How to take a complete copy of your own database whenever you want one, and how fee ledgers leave as Tally XML for whoever keeps your accounts.
What it expects at the desk
Scanners, label printers, the phone already in a pocket, and the browsers on your counter machines — listed on the guides that need them, before you begin.
Dated, and kept current
Each guide carries the date it was last revised, and questions people actually asked are answered at the foot of the guide rather than in a separate forum.

Frequently asked questions
Do staff need special software installed to access the Knowledge Base or apps?
No. Everything runs inside modern web browsers. Staff and administrators log in via standard web browsers or install the PWA shortcut to their desktop or mobile home screen.
How frequently are operational guides updated?
Continuously. When a feature changes, its guide changes with it — the date at the top of each guide tells you when it was last touched.
Can our IT staff request custom API documentation?
Yes. Our engineering team provides REST API OpenAPI specifications and Webhook payload schema definitions upon request for custom campus integrations.
