Every institutionremembers differently.
A library remembers in a catalogue, a college in an examination record, a school in a register. The core underneath is the same; the apps on top are not. Each bundle below is the set that fits one way of keeping a record.
The breaking
points
Where the recordbreaks first
An institution rarely loses a record all at once. It loses it a second time — the same name, the same mark, the same payment, written down again in another book. These are the four places we find it happening, whatever the institution.
The same student is admitted twice
InsteadThe application is filled in once. Nothing about that person is typed again — not on the examination form, not on the transcript they ask for years later.
A mark lives in two books
InsteadEntered at the desk where it is given, and read by the gradebook, the report card and the result sheet from that moment on.
A payment arrives with no name on it
InsteadMatched to the record as it lands, whatever it came through, with the receipt already issued to the family.
“How is this student doing?” takes three logins
InsteadAttendance, coursework and results sit on one record, so the question is a lookup rather than an investigation.
All
solutions
Every kindof institution.
A reading room and an examination cell keep nothing alike. Each bundle lists exactly which apps it draws on, and any one of them can be taken on its own.

works
A bundle is a starting point,not a package
Start from your kind of institution
Each bundle is the set of apps that kind of institution keeps its records in — the register, the catalogue, the examination cell, the fee counter.
Take the whole bundle or one app
Every app stands on its own. Add the rest when you are ready, and they read the records already there rather than asking for them again.
We provision, you keep the record
Your own database, your own domain, your own name on it. Nothing to host, nothing to patch, and the records stay yours to take away.
From the
field
A bundle means nothinguntil an institution is keeping its records in it
We write these with the institution, and publish only what they have read and approved. No numbers we have not measured, no quotes nobody said.

Choosing a bundle
Questions, answered
What exactly is a “solution”?
A bundle of the Shippra apps that one kind of institution keeps its records in — a school bundle leads with attendance, fees and a parent portal, a library bundle with cataloguing and circulation. It is a starting point, not a fixed package, and never a price tier.
We do not fit neatly into one of these. What then?
Bundles overlap on purpose, and every app can be adopted on its own. Tell us what your institution has to remember — what gets written down, and how many times — and we will map the apps to that rather than to a category.
Can we start with one app and grow into the bundle?
Yes. The library is a natural first door — it is the one collection everybody in the institution already agrees matters. Because every app reads the same records, what you set up early keeps working as you add the rest — nothing gets entered a second time.
Is our data isolated from other institutions?
Completely. Every institution is provisioned its own database. Your records are never in a shared table with anyone else’s, and they remain yours to take out whenever you like.
Which apps are available in each bundle?
Each solution page lists its apps and what each one does there — a school bundle leads with the register, fees, transport and admissions; a library bundle with the catalogue and the desk. And bundles are starting points, not walls: any of them can borrow an app from another.

Tell us what your institution writes down today — and how often it writes it twice. We’ll map the apps to that.
