Limitless apps for an institution, and one memory between them.
Each application studies one part of the day — the reading room, the examination cell, the fee counter, the staff room — and every one of them writes into the same record.
What holds
it together
Shippra is not eight tools stitched together with exports and imports. It is one record of the institution, and eight quiet ways of reading and writing it. A student is written down once, at admission — and years later the record is still there, complete, and the institution’s own.

The library and the examination cell were engineered first, because that is where an institution holds and certifies its knowledge. The rest follow the same record.

Library Management — LibMS
One catalogue for the shelf and the screen, and a desk that keeps up with the queue.

Learning Management — LMS
Teach, set work and grade in one place — and the mark reaches the record on its own.

Institutes Management — IMS
The daily record of the institution — attendance, timetables, reports and the family window.

Examination & Assessment — Exams
The examination season as one sealed record — papers, seating, valuation and the result.

Admissions & Enrolment CRM — Admissions
Every enquiry in one pipeline — answered while the family is still deciding.

Fees, Billing & Accounting — Finance
Fees defined once, collected without a queue, and a ledger that agrees with the bank.

HR & Payroll — People
Everyone who works here — records, attendance, leave and payslips — in one place.

Fleet & Routes — Transport
Routes planned from where riders live, and every bus visible to the desk and the family.

Hostel & Residence — Hostel
Rooms, mess and the night roll — the residential half of the institution, on the same record.

Placements & Careers — Placements
The placement season as a record — recruiters, drives, candidates and the offer.

Alumni & Advancement — Alumni
The register that keeps going after graduation — people, chapters, events and giving.

Accreditation & Compliance — Compliance
Accreditation and statutory returns assembled from the record the institution already keeps.

Records & Certificates — Records
Transcripts, certificates and verifications issued from the record — and provable afterwards.

Inventory & Procurement — Stores
Stores, assets and purchasing — from the indent a department raises to the item on the shelf.

Research & Grants — Research
Projects, funding, scholars and output — the research record a university can actually produce.

Health & Wellbeing — Care
The infirmary, counselling and welfare record — held carefully, and seen only by those who should.

eOffice: Files, Notings & Approvals — eOffice
Files, notings, correspondence and approvals — the office that moves without the trolley.

Board, Committee & Meetings — Meetings
Agendas, papers, minutes and the actions that follow — governance kept as a record.

Internal Quality Assurance Cell — IQAC
The quality cell as it actually works — its members, its sittings, its feedback, its audits and the year's report.
Engineering Principles
How Shippra applications are built
We don't build generic forms. Each application is shaped at the desk where the work happens — watched first, built second.
We sit at the desk first
Every application began at a real desk — the circulation counter, the examination cell, the fee window — watching how the work is done before writing any software.
One record, written once
A student entered at admission is known everywhere after — the library, the classroom, the exam hall, the fee counter. Nothing is copied between offices, so nothing drifts apart.
Ready when the line drops
Books still issue, attendance still marks, receipts still go out when the internet falters. The record catches up on its own when the connection returns.
Yours
alone
One institution, one deployment, and nothing shared between them.
Shippra is not one system with your name on a row in it. Each institution is deployed on its own, with its own database — which is why “never pooled with anyone else’s” is an architectural fact here rather than a policy we ask you to take on trust.
A database of your own
Your records live in a store provisioned for your institution. They are never pooled with another institution’s, because there is no pool to be in.
Your address, your name
It runs on your own domain, under your crest and your colours. Nothing a student or a parent ever sees carries ours.
Yours to take out
A complete copy in open formats, whenever you ask. An institution’s memory should outlast any vendor — including us.
It works when the line dips
The circulation desk, the gate and the classroom register carry on without a connection, and catch up quietly the moment it returns.
Before you ask
Everything about adopting the suite.
Can we start with just one app?
Yes. The library and the examination cell are natural first doors, because those desks hold the thickest administrative trails. Whatever you set up first becomes the ground the next app stands on — nothing entered early ever has to be typed again.
Is our institutional data isolated from others?
Yes, completely. Your institution’s records live in their own separate database — never mixed with anyone else’s. And you can take a full copy of everything, any day, without asking us.
Can we use our own domain and branding?
Yes. Every app runs on your own domain, with your logo and your colours. Staff, students and families see your institution’s identity on every screen and document — never a supplier’s.
Do the apps work with our existing systems?
Yes. Class lists stay in step with the systems your office already keeps, and marks flow back to the tools teachers already have open — through the same open standards those tools speak. No retyping.
What infrastructure do we have to host or maintain?
Nothing. There is no server to size, cool, back up or patch overnight, and no rack hardware to replace in three years. Your team opens it in a browser.
